Prakash Korde

Has over twenty (20) years of experience in research and development and has a portfolio of patents and IP. Prakash is the founding owner of a technology company, Valueform Ltd. in UK, that has won multiple awards, including the Research and Development Award (Universities of Wales). His portfolio also includes assignments with eminent technology and scientific instrumentation companies in the past.

Prakash has a degree in mechanical engineering from Pune University in India and is a corporate member of Engineering, Marketing and Management Royal Chartered Institutions in UK.

Mandar Kulkarni

Mandar Kulkarni is an advisor to the board of Bio-Origins, Inc. Mandar has extensive experience in assisting entrepreneurs succeed and with securing capital for businesses, both through his work with leading private equity firms and within his local community. Mandar serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Blue Water Energy, a leading private equity firm in the United Kingdom. Mandar has worked in multiple financial roles at Cargill Inc., Ernst & Young and Bain Capital where he served as a Senior Vice President.

Mandar holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (U.K). He holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Mumbai.

James Fisher

James Fisher is the President of Fidale Farms Ltd. He is also Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Biomass Producer’s Cooperative (OBPC), and a Managing Partner in Ag-Carbon Canada. Mr. Fisher has been a key leader in the biomass production and marketing sectors in Ontario for over twelve (12) years, responsible for the. Throughout his career, he has been focused on providing opportunities for those in primary agriculture through the use of inputs to support the bio-economy sector.

James has been actively farming in the Golden Horseshoe since 1980, which has included the production of miscanthus and switchgrass, as well as more conventional crops such as hay, corn, soybeans and wheat.

Lakshmi Kulkarni

Lakshmi Kulkarni is an advisor to the board of Bio-Origins, Inc. Ms. Kulkarni has worked at the National Audit Office advising the UK government on key strategic public spending projects and prior to that was a consultant at Ernst & Young.

A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Lakshmi runs her own accountancy and tax practice and assists local entrepreneurs manage their tax and financial affairs in the UK. In addition, Lakshmi runs her own business in the education sector, which empowers students to reach their true potential.
